What’s a WOrkshop?

A Workshop is a 3-5 day intensive experience where you completely leave your world behind and step into your healing and growth. You disconnect from your phone, work, and life completely. Throughout the day and evening you do therapeutic activities, processing, and self-care. I’m with you as a guide throughout the entire experience. With great food and opportunities to hike, UTV, dirt bike, or sit in a hammock by the creek it is the ideal setting to process and heal. People often get more out of a workshop than a year of therapy, which is why the experience is often described as a breakthrough or life-changing.

Where is the WOrkshop?

I hold workshops in Southern Utah a 3-hour drive from Salt Lake City. City Limits Ranch is a private 65-acre property located in Antimony Utah, which is 40 miles north of Bryce Canyon.

What Workshop Client’s have said

“I have been to therapy for over 10 years in many settings. Nothing was as powerful as this experience. Steven was strong and kind which I have never experienced both before in a man. I was able to go deeper than ever before and finally unload what I’ve been carrying for years. This was a miracle.” - Frank, 50’s

“Steven was incredible to work with and made me feel comfortable and safe to share my story. I will forever be grateful to him.” – Laura, 40’s

“Steven was extremely proficient as a guide for me. We bonded quickly and the entire week was deep as well as impactful. I am extremely thankful for him and this time. “ – Ben, 40’s

“I came into this process unsure of what I needed with some big life decisions ahead of me. This was the perfect setting and time to help me understand what is most important to me. Then more importantly what to do about it. I left feeling confident about my future.” – Mark, 40’s

“Steven picked me right up where I was in my journey and helped me figure out what I needed. He offered kind support and brought attention to what I was avoiding and needed to face. I am so glad I did an individual intensive” – Re, 20’s

“At first I didn't know if the experience was going to be worth the money, and I was nervous to be in an unknown place but it was definitely worth it. By the end of the intensive I really didn't want to be on any electronics and was ready to better myself. If you are looking to have this experience be worth your time and money, don't hold back and take advantage of all of your time there and having Steven there to help and guide you through it.” - Caleb, 18
